If you believe content on Nights India infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent. Notices sent through other channels may be delayed. We review every notice and remove infringing content promptly when the notice meets DMCA requirements.

A valid DMCA notice must include identification of the copyrighted work, the exact URL on nightsindia.com where the infringing material appears, your full legal name, address, phone number and email, a good faith statement that the use is not authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

If your content has been removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Include identification of the removed content, its original URL, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake.

Users who repeatedly upload infringing content have their access terminated. We maintain a record of all DMCA notices and apply the repeat-infringer policy uniformly across our platform.

Filing a DMCA notice with false information is a serious offence and may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please ensure your claim is accurate and made in good faith before submitting.

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices promptly. Counter-notifications are processed within 10 business days as required by the DMCA. Status updates are sent to the email address provided in your notice.

Our services and platform are strictly for individuals 18 years and older. By using Nights India, you confirm that you meet this requirement. DMCA notices may also be submitted by minors only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
